I recently got laid off and then joined a US based startup for 35L comp (all fixed) The interview for associate position in GS has been happening from more than a month and i just have the hiring manager round left. So I am expecting an offer How much can I expect for this level at goldman sachs? Can I quote 45L fixed and negotiate from there?
