Backend Developer
Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Backend Developer where you will design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web-based applications. In this role, you will tackle high-level business and technical challenges, contribute to system architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based applications.
- Perform high-level design including functional modeling and module breakdown.
- Conduct performance tuning and improvements in large-scale distributed systems.
- Implement incremental architectural changes and perform impact analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to track project impacts and refine system improvements.
What We Look For
Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one general programming language such as Java, Node.js, Golang, Python, C, or C++.
- 0-2 years of experience in coding and solving large-scale problems.
- Experience with databases, including MySQL and NoSQL.
- Strong problem-solving ability to address complex real-world challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to share insights, listen intently, and accept constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Required Experience: 0-2 years in coding and addressing large-scale problems.
- Educational Background: B.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent) from a tier-1 institute.
