Business Associate (Sales)

Role Overview

As a Business Associate (Sales), you’ll own the entire revenue cycle for our Round1 hiring engine – prospecting, closing, and expanding accounts – all while embedding AI into every step. This role offers you the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge AI tools in a fast-paced, innovative environment, making you a key driver in reshaping how Indian professionals find their next dream job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle sales: Prospect, demo, close, and grow accounts with no hand-offs.
  • Multi-motion outreach: Blend outbound, inbound, and partner-led experiments.
  • AI-powered execution: Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Apollo, Clay, and Zapier to accelerate research, personalize outreach, and maintain high pipeline velocity.
  • Relationship building: Become a trusted advisor to founders and talent heads, turning first hires into repeat business.
  • Process & metrics: Maintain a meticulous CRM, track CAC/LTV, and refine playbooks.
  • Voice of customer: Funnel feedback to product and growth teams to shape new features and GTM bets.

What We Look For

Skills:

  • A hunter sales mindset with a passion for targets and a bias for action.
  • Consultative storytelling, high empathy, and strong relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven pipeline management (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Mandatory: Demonstrable AI workflows you’ve built, such as prompt libraries, automations, or scripts that significantly boost output.
  • Bonus: Exposure to HRTech/recruitment-tech or experience in a startup environment.

Qualifications

  • Required Experience: Up to 3 years in growth, business development, or any revenue-generating role. Experience in direct B2B sales is a plus.
  • Education: Pedigree-agnostic – what matters most are your results and curiosity.

Job Location

  • Koramangala, Bengaluru (In-office)

Compensation

  • ₹10–15 LPA fixed + uncapped performance-based incentives
