What is SuperLiving?
SuperLiving is India's first AI-powered lifestyle companion app, designed specifically for the needs of 'Bharat' and Tier 2/3 cities. It offers hyper-personalized guidance on nutrition, fitness, sleep, and mental wellness through a 24/7 AI companion and bite-sized vernacular content.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Expertise in heavy analytics or data engineering roles with 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within consumer apps or subscription-based businesses.
- Mastery in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries, particularly in Amazon Redshift.
- Proven experience with BI tools such as QuickSight, Looker, or similar platforms to create decision-ready dashboards.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, schema design, and ETL logic.
- Strong business acumen with a passion for data quality and proactive ownership in building systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the analytics roadmap and define the “Source of Truth” for the company, ensuring all departments are aligned on unified metrics.
- Drive metric definition and P&L analysis by focusing on unit economics such as CAC, LTV, retention, cohort analysis, and contribution margin.
- Build robust data pipelines, design event tracking schemas, and maintain our Amazon Redshift warehouse with efficient ETL processes.
- Act as an internal consultant by proactively diving deep into the data to answer critical business questions, such as user behavior insights and conversion bottlenecks.
- Develop and oversee A/B testing frameworks that empower our Product and Growth teams to innovate rapidly with statistically significant results.
