You'll be a good fit if you have
- Proven leadership with 10+ years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP Human Resources) in a B2C product-tech or high-growth startup environment.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of P&L, product cycles, and the direct impact of people decisions on the bottom line.
- Demonstrated ability as a change agent with a track record of steering organizations through scaling phases or significant cultural transformations.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in HR analytics to predict turnover, measure engagement, and optimize hiring processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the gravitas to influence stakeholders at all levels, including the Board of Directors.

- Build a learning ecosystem ensuring teams stay ahead of the curve in AI, data science, and consumer psychology.
- Champion a workplace environment that prioritizes wellness, psychological safety, and meaningful engagement in a hybrid work model.
