Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Oracle EPM roadmap in alignment with organizational and financial goals.
Lead and mentor a team of EPM analysts, developers, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
Oversee end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, upgrades, and migrations across cloud and on-prem environments.
Architect scalable solutions for budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Streamline financial planning and close processes by driving adoption of advanced EPM capabilities—including predictive analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled features.
Establish governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize EPM environments while managing vendor relationships and licensing matters.
Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
Develop training programs and documentation to empower finance teams and end users.
