SuperLiving is India's first AI-powered lifestyle companion app, designed specifically for the needs of 'Bharat' and Tier 2/3 cities. It offers hyper-personalized guidance on nutrition, fitness, sleep, and mental wellness through a 24/7 AI companion and bite-sized vernacular content.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly with Meta Ads and Google UAC.
- Strong creative intuition with the ability to instantly assess ad potential and deliver actionable feedback.
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics and the mathematical relationship between Hook Rate, CTR, CPI, and CAC.
- Ownership mindset with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive rapid, impactful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work seamlessly with design and editorial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end paid growth strategy across Meta and Google, aggressively scaling spend while keeping customer acquisition costs within profitable thresholds.
- Lead the creative direction by identifying scroll-stoppers and first 3-second hooks, and translate winning narratives into iterative campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize full-funnel performance—from hook rate and click-through rate to CPI/CPA and down-funnel ROI—diagnosing issues and pivoting strategy in real-time.
- Experiment with innovative formats, like Reels and Demand Gen, to drive both paid performance and organic growth.
- Embrace rapid problem solving by investigating dips in key metrics and implementing quick, effective adjustments.
