You'll be a good fit if you have
- Strong programming expertise in Python (with bonus experience in Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript).
- Deep hands-on experience with large language models, synthetic data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
- Proven knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, structured evaluation, and reliability techniques.
- A track record of building scalable, production-first AI systems with strong debugging and optimization skills.
- The ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring peers and driving end-to-end projects with high ownership.
- (Bonus) Experience in model monitoring, bias evaluation, or dataset management systems.
- (Bonus) Background in semantic parsing, DSLs, or structured-output models.
- (Bonus) Passion for pioneering reliability and control in agentic AI systems, ideally in zero-to-one or scaling-stage AI companies.
