What is SuperLiving?
SuperLiving is India's first AI-powered lifestyle companion app, designed specifically for the needs of 'Bharat' and Tier 2/3 cities. It offers hyper-personalized guidance on nutrition, fitness, sleep, and mental wellness through a 24/7 AI companion and bite-sized vernacular content.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Deep architectural knowledge in scalable backend systems, complex API design, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- At least 4 years of engineering experience with significant leadership or management exposure.
- Proven track record in building and scaling consumer-facing products or high-traffic mobile apps.
- Ability to balance rapid growth experimentation with long-term technical stability.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work as a peer to Growth, Product, and Analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the long-term roadmap for backend, frontend, and mobile app infrastructure, making high-stakes decisions on the tech stack for the next 3–5 years.
- Lead the execution of a scalable API architecture and robust cloud infrastructure while integrating AI-native workflows into our core consumer experience.
- Architect data pipelines and event-tracking frameworks in collaboration with the Analytics team to turn user behavior into actionable insights.
- Own the hiring roadmap, team structure, and mentorship initiatives to set the standard for code quality, development velocity, and documentation.
- Establish and maintain a culture of high availability by implementing SLO frameworks, performance monitoring, and security best practices.
