You'll be a good fit if you have
- Proven track record of shipping designs for complex SaaS, enterprise, or developer-facing products.
- Experience inventing design grammars for AI-native interfaces such as chat-first experiences, visual taskgraphs, and research dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure production-ready design implementation without gaps.
- Strong background in owning and evolving comprehensive design systems across consumer apps, enterprise apps, and development tools.
- Expertise in transforming complex workflows into natural, intuitive user interactions.
- Experience prototyping and testing with users to refine high-complexity flows into simple, elegant solutions.
- A design mindset that makes advanced AI capabilities feel natural, empowering, and usable for diverse audiences.
- Ability to deliver seamless handoffs to engineers, ensuring designs are practical and executable.
- Deep experience in designing for enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or intricate consumer applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Design for AI-Native Interfaces including chat-first experiences, visual taskgraphs, and research dashboards.
- Own and Evolve Design Systems across enterprise SaaS, developer tools, and consumer-grade applications to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Translate Complex Workflows into intuitive, elegant, and empowering user interactions.
- Collaborate Closely with Engineering to ensure production-ready implementation and seamless design handoffs.
- Prototype and Test with Users to refine high-complexity flows into simple, usable solutions.
