You’re a hands-on Android engineer who loves building elegant, high-performance mobile experiences from the ground up. You’re excited by the idea of shaping a 0 → 1 product that blends AI, community, and emotional connection, not just writing code but helping define how people feel when they use it.
You’re a craft-driven builder who sweats the small details like smooth animations, fluid gestures, and interfaces that feel alive. You have a deep understanding of Kotlin, Jetpack, and Clean Architecture, and you know how to bring ideas to life through MVVM, Coroutines/Flows, and Material Design.
You’ve built or contributed to production-grade Android apps (2–5 years of experience), ideally including real-time systems like chat, push notifications, or personalized feeds. You’re comfortable integrating Firebase, Room, WebSockets, and analytics SDKs, and you understand the nuances of performance, caching, and memory management.
You thrive in fast-moving environments, prototype quickly, and enjoy working closely with founders, designers, and backend engineers to transform bold ideas into polished, delightful products. You’re curious about what happens under the hood, from rendering pipelines to threading, and love optimizing for both performance and experience.

Lead Design for AI-Native Interfaces including chat-first experiences, visual taskgraphs, and research dashboards.
Own and Evolve Design Systems across enterprise SaaS, developer tools, and consumer-grade applications to ensure consistency and scalability.
Translate Complex Workflows into intuitive, elegant, and empowering user interactions.
Collaborate Closely with Engineering to ensure production-ready implementation and seamless design handoffs.
Prototype and Test with Users to refine high-complexity flows into simple, usable solutions.
Invent and Define Design Grammars that shape next-generation AI-native experiences.
Ensure Usability and Consistency across multiple product surfaces, reducing friction in real-world workflows.
