Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple client engagements, serving as either an engagement manager or technical lead.
Partner with project managers to ensure delivery excellence, overseeing timelines, solution quality, project budgets, and profitability.
Facilitate business process reviews, discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.
Analyze complex business and technical requirements, process models, and user stories to identify process gaps.
Define clear solution design strategies and execution plans based on client needs and industry best practices.
Configure, implement, and deliver Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud solutions.
Advise clients on industry standards and Salesforce best practices.
Train business stakeholders and end users on delivered solutions.
Support pre-sales efforts and drive internal continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with practice leadership to evolve delivery methodologies and best practices.
