You'll be a good fit if you have

  • Experience partnering with customers to integrate platforms into existing enterprise processes.
  • Proven ability to rapidly prototype and deliver agent workflows tailored to real-world use cases.
  • Strong background in building integrations, connectors, and demos that provide immediate value.
  • Ability to act as the frontline voice, capturing customer pain points and feeding actionable insights into the product roadmap.
  • Hands-on experience working across APIs, data connectors, and product surfaces to build end-to-end solutions.
  • Strong engineering skills with the ability to deliver prototypes that feel production-ready.
  • Empathy for customer needs and the ability to translate vague requirements into reliable, working workflows.
  • Experience in integrations-heavy, developer-facing, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demo solutions to CXOs and debug technical issues in real time.
  • A background in enterprise SaaS, devtools, or API-first platforms in roles such as solutions engineer, customer engineer, or FDSE.
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing code, delivering compelling demos, and resolving technical challenges live with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customers to integrate the platform into enterprise workflows and existing processes.
  • Prototype and Deliver Agent Workflows tailored to real-world use cases with a balance of speed and reliability.
  • Build Integrations, Connectors, and Demos that showcase immediate business value and technical depth.
  • Act as the Frontline Voice to capture customer pain points and provide actionable insights to the product and engineering teams.
  • Work Across APIs and Data Connectors to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions across product surfaces.
  • Develop Production-Ready Prototypes that inspire confidence while accelerating adoption.
  • Translate Vague Requirements into reliable workflows through strong technical execution and empathy for customer needs.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success Teams by delivering demos to CXOs, technical deep dives, and real-time debugging.
  • Collaborate Internally to influence the roadmap with customer-driven feedback and integration learnings.
  • Represent the Platform Externally by showcasing technical capabilities at customer engagements, demos, and workshops.
