You'll be a good fit if you have
- Proficiency in Go and Python
- 2-5 years in building and operating production backend systems
- Expertise with MongoDB and sound database design principles
- Educational background with a B.Tech from IIT, BITS, NIT, or a comparable top-tier institution
- Prior startup experience is preferred
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments
- Exposure to distributed systems and AI-driven automation workflows is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices in Go and Python for the content generation pipeline
- Architect and optimize data and compute pipelines for video processing, transcription, and AI inference
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems serving 30,000+ teams
- Build and maintain integrations with platforms like Confluence, Notion, and Google Docs
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting for production-grade reliability
