You'll be a good fit if you have

  • 12+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3–5 years in senior leadership roles managing managers and technical leads.
  • A proven track record of scaling and leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced, product-led organizations.
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), distributed systems, and large-scale, data-intensive architectures.
  • Hands-on understanding of AI/ML and LLM-based architectures, with the ability to embed AI-native strategies across engineering processes.
  • A strategic mindset that connects long-term technical vision with immediate business impact and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills — capable of mentoring managers, fostering collaboration, and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Experience establishing engineering culture, scalable processes, and performance-driven execution frameworks.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and empowering teams to deliver high-quality, AI-driven products at scale.
  • The ability to make sound technical and organizational decisions under ambiguity, balancing speed, scalability, and security.
