Deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), distributed systems, and large-scale, data-intensive architectures.
Hands-on understanding of AI/ML and LLM-based architectures, with the ability to embed AI-native strategies across engineering processes.
A strategic mindset that connects long-term technical vision with immediate business impact and measurable outcomes.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills — capable of mentoring managers, fostering collaboration, and aligning cross-functional teams.
Experience establishing engineering culture, scalable processes, and performance-driven execution frameworks.
