Zensar Notice period

Hello Everyone I have joined Zensar a week ago and there is no probation period and I am permanent from day one.

If I put down paper do I need to serve 3 months of notice period or only 1 month?

You can put the resignation and request them to release you soon if possible.

If not then you will have to be prepared to serve 3 months.

If you try to abscond or something it is going to haunt you sooner or later in your career.
