Yearly hike in Publicis Sapient

I have heard there is no yearly hike at Publicis Sapient , is it true. Last year also they have not provided any hike. Can anyone confirm what's happening why it's not providing. Is this process is there in PS.

If hike going to given means when it will be and how much it will be. I joined 2yrs back in PS.

With sapient for last 2.5 years. Didn’t get an hike even once. Your salary will stay the same for 2-3 years.

I am with sapient from past 2.5 years ,got hike the first year only after that they said market is not doing good and they can't provide anything except for bonuses which was the only thing we got.This year no official statement they have made so far.

Low hike this year

I heard form my senior that the new joiner gets around 70- 80 percent hike but this year they provide hike between 10-15. Why is that? They are saying that the company is doing great.
