Wrong Job Profile. Shall I reach ERC or Manager

HI All,

I feel my job profile is wrong as I working with PowerbI ,Databricks, SQL,Python and I have assigned job Profile of Engineering Program Manager . Rather I think either it should be under Data Science or Software Developement. Should I reach ERC for this or shall I go to my manager ?
