Workday - Suggestions

My friend suggested me for a role in workday. I currently work as Salesforce dev and the workday technology is something new to me which will change my domain. It offers a good package of 30L plus 12L stocks.I currently earn 22LPA. How is the WLB in workday, career growth and is it a good idea to switch?
