Hi All, What is the work mode in Accenture for new joiners? Is it hybrid or complete WFH?
It depends upon project to project. There are projects who are not calling their resources to office not even a single day a month.
And the are some projects who are closely monitoring wfo.
But most of the projects are working in hybrid only.
Oh ok thanks, but if it’s Hybrid can we report to office for one complete week and take WFH for rest of the month or is it mandatory only one in a week?
Again, it depends on the project. You can confirm this within the project or analyze it after working for a few days on the project. I have seen some managers mandatorily calling employees twice a week, while others just ask to fulfill the formality of at least eight days a month.
