i have seen a lot of startups/companies asking for 2-3 years of work exp for an APM position? i feel if you've 2-3 years of experience in product you should go for a PM role? is any startup hiring for APMs that are freshers (or w product internship experience)
This is a tough spot... These days people don't know execution or process but suggest new ideas and features which are either trending or appearing cool.
So companies are doing this, i have seen people with no excel, no SQL, no tech stack idea but bragging about cool design/fancy ux changes, without any data backing.
