Work Culture Cvent

Hi, I’ve been working in Cvent as L3 Software Engineer for quite a few months now I feel like this company is shitty in its culture.

The agile system they try to follow and the story point they give each story is not based on tshirt size but the man effort days. They do not thing about complexity and unknown and just give it story points due to which in each sprint there’s always same amount of work assigned irrespective of it’s complexity and unknowns.

And this is continious, one sprint ends and the next day another sprint starts and there is no consideration of sprint fatigue or something sort of break in simpler terms.

Each day I’m working for about 10 hours and this is endless. Is this it happens in every company or there is something which I’m missing?
