Work culture at Zepto
How is the work culture at Zepto in terms of WLB etc? Also any chance of layoffs or is it doing good compared to instamart and blinkit?

Recently got to know something shady about the company.
They had one more co-founder, Ansh Nanda(can check LinkedIn). There's some conspiracy that he was kicked out while raising some funds.
They have done small scale silent Layoffs a month back. A few people from engineering got laid off. If you're having an offer from them look for at least 50+ base for the SDE-2 role. For the SDE-3 base goes up to 65-70.
I have interviewed with them. The interview process is broken like every other company. Engineering culture and practices are not good. They're in the process of moving monolithic codebase written earlier into microservices.Unless you want to work in the startup environment go for it.
