It's not good. They log login and logout time. Also if you're late by x minutes. They mark it as half day leave. Good engineering talent is left way back. Recently their director of engineering left as well. Which is not a good sign it's mostly pre-cursor to the Layoffs. Comp is not good as well.

A senior product manager at BMS is a friend. The atmosphere is bleak at the moment, and they are very picky about who/where they hire from for some reason + work from office culture.

Doesn’t seem great as far as I know. Picking certain people is great, hiring managers having a bias about where to pick from is worrying.

My friend is there to get more experience and a promotion, once he gets the promotion, he’ll be on his way out
