Work culture and Average Salary hikes in Analytics and Data Science roles

Hi all, I have an experience of 5 years, and I have received offers from 2 companies. Amazon - BIE L5, eBay - Senior Product Analyst. I want to know how the work culture in these orgs is, and how general annual hikes look like. Any inputs will be helpful. Thanks :)
