Wipro or Infosys

Which company offers better work-life balance and is more flexible with work-from-home options, Wipro or Infosys? please Can anyone share their experience if you have any idea about either of this organization.

Both are useless. Haven't worked in either but have heard enough horror stories.

Both companies are not flexible, flexibility is myth in both companies unless you get very good project with flexible option for timings. Even company policy is hybrid, if your project has 5 days working, you will have to go 5 days office.
