Hi, I have been forced to put down my paper with some illogical facts, and poor performance rant. Where my TL doesn’t even know how to process on few tasks. But her insecurities has led this to my resignation, where now she can sleep peacefully!
The concerned HR played very nicely here, and manipulated me to revoke and then now when she is done she is forcibly asking me to resign.

What is the process of resignation in Wipro? Do I need to send a mail to my reporting manager or directly to the HR department? And how long is the notice period? Please guide me through Wipro's resignation policy.
