Will tcs blacklist me in future?
Completed my Np with Cognizant(11th July was my LWD)
Got an offer with TCS - 9 lpa ( BGC completed but I am yet to see my doj in ibegin portal management told they are trying to allocate me into a project once it is done I would be knowing my doj itseems HR did mention the same there is some issue with your project allocation)
Will be getting an offer with Infosys - 10 lpa (upon receiving it they might start my bgv)
I'm in bit of dilemma to choose b/w infy or tcs my colleague currently working in tcs he did refer me and got this offer and BGC is completed if I revoke their offer now will they blacklist me in future.
And how is infy with wlb and career growth. Pls suggest.

After giving consent in the offer letters that you are going to join then it will be trouble
Thanks for the reply bro, they are delaying my onboarding I am an immediate joiner still they are not onboarding Infosys did mention they could onboard me within 1-2 weeks
