Will tcs blacklist me
Completed my Np with Cognizant(11th July was my LWD)
Got an offer with TCS - 9 lpa ( BGC completed but I am yet to see my doj in ibegin portal management told they are trying to allocate me into a project once it is done I would be knowing my doj itseems HR did mention the same there is some issue with your project allocation)
Will be getting an offer with Infosys - 10 lpa (upon receiving it they might start my bgv)
I'm in bit of dilemma to choose b/w infy or tcs my colleague currently working in tcs he did refer me and got this offer and BGC is completed if I revoke their offer now will they blacklist me in future.
And how is infy with wlb and career growth. Pls suggest.

If they take another one week for the onboarding process can I cite that as a reason and inform hr I will be taking another offer. Will tcs blacklist me forever or it will be cooled down after 1-3 years
