Will IBM extend the joining date (DOJ) in offer letter ?
I have got the offer letter from IBM the joining date is 25 October.still i didn't get released from my current organisation..it will take time maximum 50 to 60 days .
IBM joining date will it extend ? If they extend how many days they can extend ?
Can anyone help me please with proper info .

Talk to IBM HR directly. They might extend the date, but it's not guaranteed. Be clear about your notice period. Always have a backup plan.
