Why move abroad?
In my twenties; career grew in multiples during ZIRP, hitting a plateau now.
Thinking about next steps in life and this is an obvious question.
Have family members who decided to move abroad as well as stay back. The ones who decided to stay back are not financially free, have stressful jobs, and are struggling with health. Bear in mind, all of these people are from tier 1 colleges.

Don't know about these tier 1 people but folks who are from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges must try to move abroad in search of better opportunities, even though taxes are higher , so the salaries and quality of life . Having a masters abroad will open new gates , yup market is down but by the time they'll graduate it's expected to get better, and i think folks who graduate from tier 1 b schools in india earn 24-25 lpa , you can save the same amount in abroad
