Why it's always me

So before finishing college(2023 batch) got campus placement in kind of technical support job. When I started working they directly put me on project without much training. One month later my manager started scolding me in front of everyone in a standup call because I missed somethings. I was put mostly alone on shifts it was so stressful and hectic situation that I had to resign from it in just 2 month. Actually I absconded from there because I can't work a single day more. So since I absconded so i can't put that experience on my resume. I know many people will say that you shouldn't left that job but only I know what i was facing that time. Anyways now I came to a different city found a job through reddit(because Naukri, Indeed etc you know right). This is an E-commerce Assistant job which is again a shitty job as my CEO says so many things especially "Verbal abuse wrapped in business" that leads me to again resignation. This time I am serving notice period. I just don't know either I am dumb or all company that I join is toxic.

Figure out what is missing?

Will not tell you to stay, but you need to raise your bar of working!

When working with CEO/Co-Founders you have to think what should I do take away stress from his life?

And then think and focus on doing deep work!

Running away is easy, but also know why you are running away? Real reason is something that we tend to ignore msny times.

Thanks for the advice but bro I have tried giving my 110% but she is always seems disappointed. When I am working I don't even touch my phone nor checking any notification. I tried to learn as fast as I can but I think she want just a replacement of her(CEO) in 10 days of joining. Anyways I am serving notice period now and as each day is hell here....also thanks for reading my post genuinely appreciated.

Everyone is dumb here in India. And their quantity is so huge that sometimes you start to doubt yourself. But don't worry, it's not you who is wrong here. It's just the ratio or normal:stupid is insanely out of proportion here. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I agree with you, I remember my friends told me how some dumb people who don't even know how to do basic technical stuff got a good package. But bro I am literally not dumb but people around me makes me feel like that. Anyways thanks for understanding my point.
