Why is Society Less Supportive of Men Nowadays?
There is a growing sentiment that men face more challenges in today's society for survival. Here are some perceived advantages women have:

- It's easier for women to find new jobs.

- Women are more likely to get promoted.
- Women are typically the last option for layoffs.
- Numerous other factors contribute to these perceptions.

I know there's no place for men to survive if not hardworking, smart, and skilled. Exception daddy money kids. Yeah don't worry about me
@OK_Depressed there is a place to survive for men if they do not want to work hard, or not smart. It's become a Yogi or sant. But women not even allowed to be that.
Agrees to all above points but I have one more point to add in favour of women in corporate. What I have realised is we men many a times take our job very emotionally and to our ego, whereas on the other hand, many women treat their work as just a transaction of their skills and the pay. My girlfriend after completing any major projects directly talk numbers with her manager which I had never done. Slowly learning it..
society knows that men will find their way. Moreover, men are always preferred if the work would take mental physical aspects. There has been lot of suppression in the past on women. now stop whining and act like a man.

I can understand. But it's for their own good. I do understand the circumstances can bend a man. Masculine men are not only found in gyms. Even the mazdoor working hard to provide and for their own survival are men. It's just use the fate for your own good. Because comfort would break man too, because world would not work according to us.
I still know high paying startups/companies who won't hire a single women for tech roles.
And some companies who only hire women since they are "cheaper resources". Pay parity is real if you don't know it yet. Most companies don't have (don't even take effort) even a single women in leadership teams. I would really like to meet women (who you are referring to) who got easier referrals, and handy promotions
Every receptionist and tele caller is a woman and even chat box also women are replying. Most companies prefer woman only when its comes on gender? Than skill or talent. Woman got early promotions & higher hikes.
