I don't think it's an indicator of healthy mothers. It might be an indicator of malnutrition as lots of kids are underweight for their age

Indian formula milk is worst in terms of content. Companies adding high sugar but Same company is giving without sugar product in West.

Its used but not as common as in other western countries. Doctors also don't suggest to go for formula milk unless its very necessary. Mother's milk is advisable. Only if the baby is less than 6 months old and Mother's milk is not enough Doctors advise formula milk. Indians still follow traditional things
