Whom to join?
I have recently got 2 offers Blackbaud : 15.5lpa Deloitte USI : 16.5lpa
My YOE : 3.2 years Blackbaud is a product based company coming to India for the first time and setting up there first office here! I only know what they have mentioned on there website! nothing more than that! Whereas Deloitte is well known to me. What should I go for? Any thoughts!!

They came to India last year, but they are 40 years old company. All teams are new here so good opportunity of visibility and growth. You will have lots of learning as it’s a hardcore product company.
Deloitte is also a great company no doubt, but at this experience I would prefer to gain knowledge working in a product company. I wouldn’t prefer a giant big 4 where there is a big chance of getting enhancement or support project.
