Who is more corrupt- Congress or BJP? Why?

Current scams came to light only after SC’s intervention. Currently all our media houses are busy bootlicking and not doing any investigative work.

Also consider the fact that most corrupt politicians have moved to BJP in past few years. It’s safe to say BJP is the party with most corrupt politicians.

Serious question as I want to understand this - how is Electoral Bond a scam?

Today we know who funded which party and how much because of Electoral Bonds. True, SC made that data public, but that data existed in the first place due to electoral bonds. Earlier this info was not available - no body knew which party is getting funds from which source. So how is that a scam?

If by scam you mean to say that BJP got the most donations, I don’t think the act of getting donations qualifies for a scam no matter the amount.

What should be considered a scam is BJP arm twisted corporations / individuals to get funds. BJP should be called out for that, but we are able to do that because of the existence of Electoral Bonds in the first place.

So back to my question - why are we calling Electoral Bonds a scam and wouldn’t the scrapping of this make the donation system opaque like it used to be earlier? What am I missing?

Dunno about this, but DMK is, by far, the worst when it comes to corruption and gundaism. Karunanidhi dynasty literally owns every major businesses in TN from Cauvery hospitals to real estate (G-Square) to film industry (Red giant movies) to even IPL team ("Sunrisers" which is their party symbol).

If you think media is friendly to BJP, you should check out the media in Tamil, they are literally owned by the family!

BJP. the way amounts for scams are calculated has changed. If the amount for electoral bonds is calculated the same way as it was calculated for 2g scam, then the electoral bonds scam might be 100x the size of 2g scam. Pm cares - imagine a scam which has been designed to be be untraceable.

Money wise, it’s always whoever is in power because they have more opportunity, so it’s BJP for now. Morals wise, it’s their neck and neck. There may only be some random individual party member who isn’t.

Congress steals INR 1000 and runs away BJP Steals 500 INR + places a stranglehold on us as to what should we do and what we shouldnt do.

Congress = Steal Money and get Rich BJP = Enslave people and their mibds and get happiness from it. Make their life difficult.

Nobody has their hands clean - the choice really is between mindset of milking a healthy cow (BJP) vs Milking a cow till death without any nurturing and then selling the leather as a last resort
