Who even uses Zoho?
First, I never knew Zoho is an American company. It's branding and perception are totally Indian. That's a big surprise.
Next, I find out that it offers a menu of software tools and services, but I'm yet to meet anyone in startup land who uses Zoho.

Our company uses Zoho's HRMS. Simple and easy to use.
Are you living under a rock? Zoho is pretty big and pretty decent pricing for features that they offer.
Not very good at customer support though.
