Whitefield or Brookfield?

Have to shift from current pg, and have looked for options in SeethaRamaPallya & Whitefield? Which would likely to be best one considering have to go 2 times office in a week at Halsuru. Whitefield costs 11k and other pg costs 13k. Is Whitefield that bad?
