Not really but I am seeing people with level same as I am are getting laid off. So I am thinking better to switch aur at least start looking for it.

Yes surely that makes sense. I'm thinking for the same but being very complacent

Instahyre, CutShort, Hirect and LinkedIn has worked well for me in the past

For freshers I think Linkedin is good .

I am not fresher

Then you can check LinkedIn Naukri and Glassdoor.

Instahyre / Tophire/ LinkedIn / Naukri. There's Bigshyft also.
Make profile and keep updating daily. I was getting multiple calls from first two thou.

LinkedIn and Naukri both. Keep your LinkedIn profile up to date with as many details as possible (skillsets, projects done etc). In Naukri, upload your updated resume and again put all your relevant skillsets so that when the recruiter puts a search on either of these platforms your profile gets highlighted.

LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, even Telegram and Hirect . Would recommend to use all of these. Make sure you check out the job and company beforehand. There has been a recent surge in no. Of fake job openings or a completely fake company itself.
