Which one is a better messaging for my Podcast production agency?

I am a podcast host and editor for the last 6 years and have worked with top podcasts including Spotify Originals, HT smartcast, Ticker Tape and many many more. Now recently I have turned my services into an agency, built a team, and added video podcasts as well.

Which one of the following is a better messaging for my agency

The major thing I am trying to understand is should I pitch podcasting as a problem which in turn helps you grow your person brand/online presence or should I solve your personal brand/online presence problem through podcasts.
