How is the Work environment at Impetus Technologies? I am holding an offer for the profile of Senior Software Engineer for the Indore location, along with Capgemini's offer for the same position but different in variable pay. I am more inclined towards Impetus as HR mentioned that I will get the full amount of variable pay in a year; they don't deduct much.
