Pick European countries.
They are lagging in tech and are more than willing to sponsor skilled tech folks. Life is slow, several times better work life balance and people genuinely value family time or personal space. Work is not family. They are clear about that.
Also they have better parenting policies- mat break, pat break, health benefits etc.
Add Singapore, Poland, Hong Kong in the list.

Just go by payscale, US - germany - australia - dubai - netherlands. This should be the payscale level according to country. Now it will be straight answer for you
But germany pay is less AFAIK....How is it better than Dubai?

Well ig the way things are escalating outside India i think its better to stay in India whether its Europe, USA , uk .. people are marching for immigrants and its going strong Ik we got security but migrating to a country where u r a minority security is a big factor .. so stay India what ever you are earning and be in majority!!
