Which is more achievable: Germany or Australia?

I’m currently evaluating international opportunities and would love your input.

I’m clear about the work-life balance and lifestyle both countries offer, but I’m looking to understand:

👉 Which country is easier to move to from an immigration and job market perspective? 👉 Which one is less challenging in terms of visa processes, employer sponsorship, or PR pathways? 👉 From your experience (or someone you know), which feels more accessible/realistic to actually land and settle?

I know it’s not “easy” anywhere, but I’d really appreciate insights that could help weigh one over the other.
