I am looking for a credit card which is offering good online transactions cashback plus travel lounge access (domestic will do). If any lifetime free under this category then great else what community here suggests?
If your college is a part of the eligible colleges list, apply for ICICI Sapphiro under the alumni program. It’s life time free; although, I only recommend that you get it if it is life time free. Not a good card otherwise
For any other suggestions, you’ll have to give some information about where and how much your monthly spends are.
Monthly expenses is around 25-30K includes food, cab, online shopping, grocery, etc.

Usually, you won’t find many cards offering cash back and lounge access in the same, especially LTF credit cards.
Try getting the Sapphiro as above for lounge access, if that’s an option. For cashback cards, you can apply for SBI Cashback and Amazon Pay ICICI cards. The APay card is free, whereas SBI is paid. However, you’ll easily recoup that fee within a month, if not 2 at most.
As another comment mentioned, Axis Flipkart is also an option. Axis Airtel is one too, but I generally don’t trust Axis now for CCs for how often they devalue their offerings.
Credit cards companies are gradually removing lounge access on free credit cards, by either changing the rules, or by stipulating some minimum spend conditions. At the going rate, there will be no such credit cards soon. As of now, I think IndusInd Bank’s card is the only one which provides it, provided if they give it to you. They had run a campaign and then they stopped distributing any more free cc.
Looks like Federal Bank is another one having such lounge access with ltf card. And I think Standard Chartered Bank too. Disclaimer: I don’t own any. So please proceed with caution.

If you regularly shop from flipkart, then go for flipkart axis credit card
If your primary usage is online, then look out for the SBI Cashback card. No nonsense, flat 5% cashback on major online spending. Feel free to DM if you have any other queries
