Which company should I join?

Hello, I am a Sr. Salesforce Developer with around 5 yoe. I have offer from Cognizant - 20 + 30k JB Wipro - 22 LPA + 1 JB Sunlife Financials - 23 LPA Synechron Inc. - 23 + 1 JB Mphasis - 25.5 LPA

Which company should I join? Please share your thoughts. It's urgent.

Dont join Wipro for now as its not good time for Wipro, Synechron can lay you off anytime, no idea about sunlife, U acn go for cogni or Mphasis on your gut. Cognizant only issue is you need to get a prohect in 1.5-2 montsh
