Which company should I go for?

Inmobi : Lead Product Analyst. Cashfree : Lead Product Analyst.

Salary structure is almost the same.

Inmobi : 5 day WFO Cashfree : 3+2

Both are pretty good IMO.
Inmobi for sure has top people and good culture

Yeah, makes sense and then going for an IPO soon makes it a better choice too.

My experience with Inmobi has been so and so. They do silent lay offs so to avoid bad PR & IPO talks has been happening for many years now without any fruition. There is also lot of optics & visibility dynamics that you'll have to navigate if you join inmobi.

My suggestion is to go with cashfree.
