Where to invest 10L?
Received a lump-sum amount of 10L by selling an asset. What investment options do I have? Just for reference, I’m 30 now.
Note - might have my wedding in the next couple of years, so I’m thinking 5L I’ll do FD (let me know if there are better short-term investment options).

Go for bonds with 11 to 13 % ROI buy them. Govt or private is fine, just see for how the company reliabilities in Google search.

Go for non physical gold bonds which can purchased and kept stale and can be sold whenever required for your needs

Invest in enquiries for the long term only like minimum holding period should be atleast 5 years. For short term gains prefer either government bonds or hybrid mutual funds which may give 8-10% returns better than FD
