You need to give more details on:

  1. When will you need this amount for a goal (education, marriage, kids exp, buying a house, retirement)
  2. How much % of your net worth is this amount
  3. Was this a one time bonus or accumulated because of no investments?

If it is an insignificant amount like 1%, required for short term, you can put into a Debt Fund like Nippon India Credit Risk Fund or Equity Fund like Invesco India Arbitrage Fund

On a serious note, you can consider the American market. Especially Google, Amazon, Meta (for 12-15% CAGR over next 3 years). And also do not chase high return unless you are okay with high losses.
