My own trusted carpenter

  1. Overall 50% Cheaper with far far better materials
  2. The materials that I use is not even offered by any firm
  3. Design from YouTube, interior design magazines

Electrical from BVK road. Be careful about duplicates. Capentry items behind BVK road. Ply from local dealer but only always Green Ply Gold

Electrical: Anchor, GM, Finolex, Schneider

Sanitary ware : Jaquar, Hindware

Carpentry: Greenply Gold for kitchen, Hettich for Hinges, Europa for locks. Laminate, baskets, local ply etc vary wildly on local brands. Need to trust your carpenter experience or shopkeeper. Overall 900 rupees per sqft if you do it yourself.

These are middle to upper middle class brands.

Always and always go for waterproof ply for kitchen. Else a big bill is waiting for you 10 years down the line.
