When to switch ?

What is the best time to switch? I started my career recently 1.5 years experience and I have been trying to apply for jobs on linked in and Naukri and few on company careers pages but I get no reply at all? Is it because of the experience? What is the minimum experience required these days?

Right now working as a full stack developer (react, next, aws, node)

You can switch whenever you feel your growth is stuck and you are not learning new things..

eg: Lets say you are learning good stuff here you can stay for 2-3 years, once you have hold of your fundamentals you can switch easily on yearly basis for pay.

So thumb rule - initial 4-5 years make your fundamentals strongs Later 5-10 years make you pay strong Later just stay
